     BB416 is a magnificent property of unique character, nestled on eight acres of landscaped grounds.

 

     The Main House is constructed around a 17th century sugar mill, offering privacy in the two adjoining guest cottages.  A cozy gazebo on the cliff side has sweeping views of the coastline.  There is a ridgeside infinity swimming pool with a beach house and separate Jacuzzi located a short walk (about 100 yards) through the tropical gardens south of the Main House.  East of the Main House are a floodlit tennis court, garden and orchard.

 

     BB416 can accommodate parties of up to 12 in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, and is the ideal choice for families or several couples/friends traveling together as two bedrooms are located in the Main House (one at the top of the mill), two are in the adjoining cliff cottage and four more may be found in the Guest Cottage on the grounds.

 

     A spacious sitting/dining verandah overlooks the gardens and cliff side gazebo and offers fantastic ocean views.  On the ground floor of the Main House, there is an office/library equipped with a color laser printer, computer and high-speed ADSL internet connection available, wide book selection and games.

 

     This historic and intriguing property is not on the beach but guests have use of the owner's private beach house right on the famous Gibbs Beach (just a 5-minute drive or a short walk from BB416).  

 

     BB416 is managed by an efficient staff who will do their best to make your visit a memorable one, including the incredible local delights prepared by the Chef.
