      JM257 is a sumptuous two-story villa that comprises two large and airy bedrooms (each with a private bathroom), a living room with dining table for four, small wet bar, and kitchenette.  One of the notable features of this lovely accommodation is that the ground floor bedroom and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.

 

     With two bedrooms/baths, the villa is ideal for two couples (all beds are kings) or a small family.  Guests enjoy a warm Jamaican welcome by a lovely staff of three who will ensure their vacation is relaxing and stress-free.  Being situated near a pristine 300-foot stretch of Seven Mile Beach's shimmering white sand, with a shared swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and patio are the highlights of this handsome two-bedroom villa.  Surrounded by fragrant, colorful tropical floral and darting hummingbirds, guests are only steps away from the Caribbean Sea's delightfully warm turquoise water.

      Each of JM257's two ample king-bedded guestrooms (one on the first floor and one on the second level) features an en-suite 

bathroom, sitting area, and private veranda.  The Master Suite (upstairs) boasts grand, vaulted ceilings, a writing desk, sitting area, dressing area, and furnished verandah.  The substantial Master Bathroom has a twin vessel sink, a walk-in shower, and soaking tub.

     The Guest Bedroom (downstairs) is no stepchild to the Master Suite and offers a writing desk, sitting area, and an en-suite bath with soaking tub and shower, and furnished verandah with lush garden view. 

 

     Maximum occupancy for this villa is four adults and two children which makes it perfect for three couples, a group of friends, or a family.

     The spacious living room features high ceilings, breezy floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in, luxury furnishings, and a well-appointed wet bar.  A patio off the living/dining room has a table for four.  The villa is air-conditioned and is equipped with complimentary WiFi and cable television. 

  

     From the villa, a two-minute walk will bring guests to the shared swimming pool and Jacuzzi which is appointed with chaise lounges.  Seven Mile Beach is only two minutes away in the other direction.

     One of the very special aspects of staying at JM257 is the opportunity to savor authentic island cuisine prepared exclusively for you by your villa's personal chef.  Guests have the option of allowing the household staff to do the shopping at the local market or you may stock the fully-equipped kitchen yourself.  Either way, you'll enjoy delectable Caribbean and/or Continental fare that incorporates - but is not limited to - fresh, flavorful, local fruit, vegetables, and seafood.

     Guests may choose between two Meal Plans: All-Inclusive Plan or European Plan:

​

• The All-Inclusive Package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, with house bar (top-shelf liquor not included).  The household staff does the shopping.  

• With the European Plan, guests may go shopping for the items they wish to be prepared by the chef, or they may ask the household staff to do the shopping for them.

• Rates for the Meal Plans are listed with the Rates.

 

     Your day will begin with a visit from the villa concierge who will make arrangements for shopping, activities and off-site excursions.  Throughout the day, on your schedule, your personal gourmet chef will indulge you with freshly prepared meals while your butler/ bartender will ply you with beverages of choice ... whether you are lounging on the verandah, relaxing by your private swimming pool or splashing in the ocean surf.  

 

    While guests will undoubtedly find the enticing cuisine and unparalleled atmosphere of tranquility at the villa hard to leave behind, the 'action' of Negril is only a few minutes away for an eclectic array of restaurants, bars, lively reggae music, and shopping.

​

     The property's lifeguard will be happy to get you a paddleboard, kayak or catamaran, and there's security to watch your personal belongings if you decide to leave the comfort of your beach chair (set up for you with an umbrella each morning - no need to do the 'resort dash') and go for a swim or walk the wide, sandy shoreline.

​

     Guests residing at JM257 have complimentary access to the facilities at the Sports Complex, a 10-acre fitness facility nearby which includes a wonderful spa, lap pool, outdoor tennis courts (lighted at night), indoor racquetball and squash courts, outdoor gym pavilion, yoga studio, etc.

     Local attractions include snorkeling, private sunset cruises, parasailing, organized bar hopping, banana boat rides, glass-bottom boat rides, fishing, and more.
