     PR212's most outstanding feature provides an amazing unobstructed view of Playa Isla Verde's two (2) mile, wide sandy beach and the Atlantic Ocean, which can be relished from this 14th-floor condo's private balcony, living/dining area and bedrooms.  Imagine enjoying your coffee, tea or afternoon libation with the sound of the sea and the beautiful turquoise blue water as a backdrop.  The building overlooks the swimming pool, tennis court, and beach; all you see straight ahead of you when you enter the condominium is the magnificent ocean.  

 

     This handsome vacation residence (950 square feet) was recently renovated in its entirety by a professional decorator using cool tints accented by the soothing tones of the sea and sun.  The owner has bedecked the entire condominium with new contemporary furniture, beds and bedding (Egyptian cotton linen), ceiling fans and décor.

 

     Described as "simply fabulous" by a previous guest, PR212 has luxurious, resort-quality furnishings and amenities. The main living space is an open-plan living/dining room.  The dining area is outfitted with a round table and four modern chairs.  The wall behind the dining table is mirrored to reflect the lovely view of the sea.  

 

   The fully-equipped kitchen is newly appointed with stainless steel appliances and black quartz countertops, and includes an electric stove, large refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, pantry items et al. 

 

     The living area features a comfortable sofa (opens to queen-size sofabed), two small cocktail tables, state-of-the-art TV with cable (English and Spanish HD channels, CBS, NBC, FOX, etc.), and high-speed Internet access/WiFi.  The living area spills out onto a covered balcony where guests can savor the amazing view of the beach and sea from a small café table with two (2) chairs.  While the daytime vista of the ocean is awesome, the reflection of the moon rising over the water and Isla Verde at night is truly spectacular. 

 

     Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed and a twin-size futon (45" wide); new bedding, linen and pillows; two (2) bedside tables, very large built-in closet and shelves (open), window treatments (shades) and a lovely sea view.   

 

     Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and a  twin-size futon (45" wide); also new bedding, linen and pillows; big closet, window treatments (shades) and sea view. 

 

     The two bathrooms each have a shower (safety bar), soft white cotton towels and a hair dryer.

 

     The condominium's rental comes with one covered parking space (accessed with beeper).  The owner provides beach chairs and beach towels for guests' use.  This residential building has the largest common facilities of any apartment complex in Isla Verde, which includes a basketball court, children's playground (swings, etc.), huge swimming pool and tennis court.  There is also a barbecue area in front of the beach which allows you to have your own BBQ party!  These amenities are private areas for the building tenants, not accessible to others; the access to these areas from the beach is gated.  There is also a laundry facility on site (bring quarters!). 

 

     The building offers 24/7 security with locked gates at the entrance from the road as well as the from the beach to the swimming pool and beyond to the building.  Being in the heart of Isla Verde, PR212 offers easy access (walking distance) to a 24-hour supermarket, wealth of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, a pharmacy, hotels and the well-known San Juan Casino.

 

      The condominium is less than 10 minutes drive (5 miles) from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport, and about 20 minutes drive to Old San Juan (fortresses, colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, quaint cafes - not to be missed).  Public transportation is available.  We recommend renting a car if you plan to explore the island or visit areas outside of San Juan, and can make these arrangements for you.

     "The rental is beautifully decorated with all the amenities that we needed  for a great vacation. There was great attention to details; there were even 4 beach chairs, plenty of beach towels and a cooler to take

out to the beach. Linens and towels are of the highest quality,

so you feel like you're in a luxury hotel. The kitchen is fully

equipped so my family of 5 was able to make breakfast every

morning and also quickly come in from the beach for a quick

lunch before heading back out. The pool is great and is right

in front of the beach, so you can relax there and still hear the

ocean. The balcony speaks for itself and all the rooms have

an ocean view!!  We would definitely rent this property again."
