     If you are a beach person, your search for the perfect condominium on Sint Maarten has just come to an end.  This (low rise) three-storey, beachfront building has six accommodations (one and two bedrooms) that take full advantage of an extraordinary vista of the beach and neighboring island of St. Barths.  Sitting on your private patio or balcony, you are so close you can toss a coin into the sea.

     By special arrangement with the owners, who have been good friends of our company since we opened the doors in 1982, we have the exclusive privilege of renting these lovely condominiums to discerning vacationers.

     The one bedroom condominiums (SM141) are on the ground floor, only a few steps from the sea.  They feature a fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and complete cookware and dinnerware.  There is a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower, and oceanside patio with table and chairs.  Also equipped with cable TV; the bedroom and living area are air conditioned.

     The two bedroom condominiums (SM152) are located on the second (middle) floor, and are appointed with one king-size bed and two twin beds (can be pushed together to make a king) and two baths, one with a Jacuzzi.  They are configured similarly to the one bedroom, but have three (3) cable TVs.  The bedrooms are air conditioned.

      On the top floor, there is a two bedroom penthouse (SM250) that can be rented by special request.  This centrally-air conditioned condominium has two (2) king beds and two-and-a-half (2½) bathrooms, ideal for two couples.  There are three (3) cable TVs.  The penthouse has a gourmet kitchen and the dining room overlooks the beach; it is the most luxurious of the accommodations.

     All the condominiums are air conditioned as noted, have wonderful views of the beach, sea, Dawn Beach, Oyster Pond and/or St. Barths.  Furnishings are rattan with tropical motifs.  Bring your own music player & CDs.

     The Dawn Beach/Oyster Pond area is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on this dual-nation island.  Dawn Beach, while in the Dutch territory, borders the French section of the island (Oyster Pond).  This condominium is directly on sandy Dawn Beach (one of the largest and nicest beaches on the island), offering excellent swimming conditions.  Avid snorkelers will enjoy the multitude of colorful fish and sea life found on the live reef just a short swim from the shore.  Also on Dawn Beach are several beach bars and restaurants that serve drinks, lunch and dinner, and other waterfront restaurants just a short distance away.  There is a casino about five minutes down the road.  

     Diving, fishing, boat charters and day trips to neighboring islands can be arranged nearby.  The Dutch capital of Philipsburg (casino, duty-free shopping) is only a 10 minute drive.  The famous French restaurants of Grand Case are about 20 minutes away.

     Children are welcome; no pets.
