     A feeling of grandeur is immediate as you enter this unique six (6) bedroom, six-and-a-half (6-1/2) bathroom vacation home, which is handsomely appointed with Mediterranean-style furnishings and fabrics.  There is a classical elegance here not found in other villas.

     Spacious rooms extend to a wonderful covered gallery which spills onto the pool deck surrounding the free-form, private swimming pool.  There is a swim-up bar, and the views of the sea and mountains are breathtaking!

     All six bedrooms are air conditioned and have a bath en suite.  The master suite has a king-size bed, TV with VCR and Jacuzzi tub and shower.  The other four bedrooms have queen-size beds and baths with showers.  The master bedroom and bedroom #5 have porches, while the other bedrooms open to the pool deck.  Bedroom #5 also has a TV.

     The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, icemaker and toaster.  There is a barbecue outside. 

     Beautiful, long, sandy Dawn Beach is only a three minute drive down the hill, and is a prime spot for swimming, snorkeling and watersports.  Guests can spend their days enjoying day sails to nearby islands, scuba diving, boating, fishing, shopping, casinos and the best dining in the Caribbean.  The villa is located about 15 minutes drive from Philipsburg (Dutch side Capital); about 30 minutes drive to Marigot (French side Capital) and 20 minutes to the gourmet village of Grande Case for the best selection of fine restaurants on the island.

• Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed, plus 2 trundle beds, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, each opening onto the pool deck. 

• Bedrooms 3 & 4 – Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower, each opening onto the pool deck.

• Bedroom 5 – Located in a separate guest house with a small kitchen, living area, bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom with shower and private terrace.

• Bedroom 6 - Added to the guesthouse and has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower with a private balcony. Located on the lower level.
