     SM394 is a gorgeous new three (3) bedroom, 3.5 bath luxurious villa located on Dawn Beach.  The large air-conditioned living/dining room boasts floor to ceiling windows that overlook the beachfront terrace and lap pool, with access right onto the sand.  High ceilings, cool stone floors, beautiful contemporary (yet comfortable) furnishings are complemented by a DVD/CD player, iPod docking station and Bose music system for guests's enjoyment.  

     Enjoy the plush sofa, sleek club chairs and ottomans from which to watch 52" plasma wall mounted TV.  A corner secretary includes printer, fax, scanner and wireless laptop capability for your convenience.  Dining table seats six (6) comfortably.  There is also a dining table and chairs on the patio which accommodates six (6) persons where you can enjoy your meal to a backdrop of the soothing sounds of the waves lapping the beach.

     Any chef would delight in the Effe Ti Italian kitchen that offers the ultimate in kitchen design, including but not limited to a fully-equipped Viking electric cooktop, oven and refrigerator/ freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, wine cooler, Cuisinart cookware, espresso machine, grind and brew coffee pot, griddler, food processor and more.  

     Master Bedroom #1 is appointed with beautiful designer furnishings, including a four-poster king-size bed. This bedroom has a personal safe and offers spectacular direct views of Dawn Beach.  Bedroom #2 offers an oceanview, British Passages four poster king-size bed.  Bedroom #3 overlooks the garden and features a designer espresso-tinted, rattan queen-size sleigh bed, and has an iPod docking station.

     The villa is fully air conditioned, with additional ceiling fans, and boasts a total square footage of 5,135 separated into indoor space of 2,300 square feet plus an 800 square-foot terrace that adjoins a long lap pool.  The garden area is 420 square feet.  The private lap pool features a sunken gazebo with comfortable seating for eight (8).

     There is a small convenience store right around the corner by the marina that is very well stocked with groceries, fresh pastries + muffins, cereal, cheese, snacks, juice, soda, great French wines, liquor and an assortment of other items.  The villa can be stocked with your grocery list prior to arrival, upon request.  A marina and several restaurants can be also found within 5 minute's walk or less.

     Conceirge service is provided for guests at SM394, and includes complimentary airport meet + greet, and a welcome basket.  Arrangements for restaurant reservations, babysitting, watersports, sightseeing et al can be made on site.

     About a quarter mile away down the beach you will find a resort which offers a variety of dining options, spa, casino and shopping.  Also within walking distance are other dining (breakfast, lunch and dinner) options, watersports equipment rentals, etc..

     This property is only 15 minutes from Philipsburg, the Dutch capital; 20 minutes from Grand Case (for the island’s best dining experience); and 20 minutes from the French capital of Marigot.  Princess Julianna International Airport is about a 40 minute ride.  There is a small convenience store a stone's throw from the villa.
