     SM405 is located on the Dutch side (Sint Maarten) of the island,  

high up on the hillside in the prestigious Pelican Key area, and boasts outstanding views of the Caribbean Sea as well as amazing sunset vistas. Although families are indeed welcome, this two-story villa's three king-bedded rooms with en-suite bathrooms (quite rare) present an ideal arrangement for couples traveling together.

 

     The Master Bedroom, which enjoys an ocean view from its prime spot on the upper level of the villa, is a suite with a king-size bed, sitting area, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with twin-vessel sinks and a shower.

 

     Bedrooms #2 and #3 are found on the main level of the villa.  They each feature a king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom with shower, and open onto the swimming pool terrace. Bedroom #3 also has a safe.  All three bedrooms can be accessed from the living room.

 

     SM405, paying homage to Spanish style with its terracotta-tiled roof and arched doorways and windows, is graced with cool terracotta tile floors, white walls and high raftered ceilings.  This villa, with its generously-sized and airy rooms, is comfortably furnished and thoughtfully decorated throughout with colorful fabrics and interesting artwork on the walls.  The spacious living room - appointed with a combination of Balinese rattan and wood furniture, glass and iron tables - showcases a baby grand piano.  This interior living space has nesting sliding glass doors that open up entirely to the outside, spilling out onto the large covered dining terrace - with seating for eight (8) - and private swimming pool just beyond.  In addition, there is a smaller dining area for four (4) on the terrace.  These areas of the villa take full advantage of the outstanding sunset views.     

 

     The fully-equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker and a full supply of china, glasses, cooking utensils, crockery, and pots.  It has an open bar area overlooking the terrace and pool.  There is also a small dining table in the kitchen to seat four (4) persons.

 

     The private swimming pool is surrounded on three sides by a deck, and offers chaise lounges from which to relax while savoring the never-ending view.

 

     SM405 has all the amenities of a well-outfitted home, including but not limited to WiFi, satellite TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, washer and dryer, and even a baby grand piano! 

 

     Pelican Beach, which is known for swimming and snorkeling, and sandy Kim Sha Beach (home to La Bamba Beach Club) are only minutes away from SM405.  The villa is located about 10 minutes drive (3 miles) from Princess Juliana Airport, 25 minutes from Philipsburg (Dutch side Capital), about 20 minutes drive to Marigot (French side Capital), and two (2) minutes to the nearest casino and restaurants. 

 

     Children are welcome; no pets.
