Position: Villa Specialist
Candidates must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Must be very organized, have excellent follow-up skills
Must be able to multi-task
Must genuinely like people!
While not required, preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in travel, hospitality or tourism
Position: Group Specialist - Dive Market
Candidates must be PADI or NAUI certified and/or have extensive dive experience
Preference will be given to candidates who possess prior experience organizing group travel
Position: Group Specialist - Destination Weddings
Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with organizing weddings, domestic or international
Position: Group Specialist - Meetings + Incentives
Preference will be given to candidates who have corporate group experience
All of the above Current Openings positions can be managed
from our office or, for individuals who have a wealth of experience
in the travel, hospitality or tourism industry, virtually from their
appropriately-equipped home office.
FUTURE OPENINGS (estimated January 2022):
Position: Administrative Assistant
Candidates must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Must be very organized and have a pleasant, upbeat telephone demeanor.
Position: Product Development Manager
Candidates must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access).
Candidates must possess excellent writing and proofreading skills, and enjoy working with numbers.
Position: Social Media Intern
Candidates must have a working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media platforms.
Successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to assist in setting up the social media schedule for the company, and writing the posts.
Position: Merchandising Intern
Candidates should have advanced knowledge of internet research, be comfortable reaching out to clients on the telephone, and maintain excellent organization skills.
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) is a must.
