     SM407 is a new, contemporary, luxury, four-bedroom villa set on a private estate overlooking the Oyster Pond Marina, in the gated Oyster Pond residential community.  This pristine vacation residence boasts breathtaking views of Oyster Pond and the Atlantic Ocean from multiple vantage points in the home. 

 

     The villa, comprised of two levels, is embowered by colorful tropical landscaping, and is offered as a two (2), three (3), or four (4) bedroom rental property (priced accordingly).  The indoor living areas on the main level are bright and crisp, complemented by high ceilings, recessed lighting, and massive windows that showcase the spectacular views.  Sleek, modern furnishings grace both the indoor and outdoor spaces.

     The generous and airy living area is surrounded by walls of glass with sliding glass doors that open onto the private swimming pool or terrace, thus diminishing the definition between indoors and out.  Guests relaxing on the large, white sofa can savor a stunning view of the sea.  Additional seating may be found on the covered balcony.  The indoor dining area, which seats eight (8), assumes a  corner positioned between two walls of glass and boasts a spectacular panorama of Oyster Pond and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.

     The impeccable gourmet kitchen is very well equipped with state-of-the-art, deluxe appliances, including but not limited to a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and a full complement of dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils, crockery, and pots and pans.

     SM407 is an ideal choice for four couples traveling together as the layout of the villa provides for separation between the guest bedrooms, ensuring superb privacy.  Additionally, each of the four king-bedded guest rooms features premium linen and a private en-suite bathroom with shower.  The sprawling upper and lower verandas, from which guests can enjoy captivating eye-candy, invite quiet relaxation.

     The villa's private swimming pool is furnished with chaise lounges (6), arm chairs (4), and an additional dining area that will seat 10 persons on a covered veranda.  There is also a gas BBQ grill.

     Located on the hillside above Oyster Pond, SM407 is only a 2-minute drive down to long, wide, beautiful Dawn Beach, one of our favorite sandy shorelines for swimming and snorkeling in Sint Maarten.  Popular Orient Beach, on the French side of the island, is about a 15-minute ride away.

​

      SM407 is located only 15 minutes drive from Philipsburg (Dutch side Capital), about 30 minutes drive to Marigot (French side Capital) for a wide variety of shopping and dining options, and 20 minutes to the quaint seaside village of Grande Case for an outstanding selection of gourmet restaurants and the famous "lolos" (grill stands).

     Guests residing at this villa will need to rent a car to get around the island.  We will be happy to make a reservation for you with a reputable local car rental company.  Due to the limited supply of vehicles in Sint Maarten/Saint Martin, these arrangements should be made far in advance of arrival.

     Children are welcome but no pets.
