  • All rates are given in U.S. $ and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All rates are based on 7 nights and include airport meet + greet, welcome basket and daily maid service (except Sundays and Holidays).

  • Rates are for the accommodation, only, and do not include food, beverages or special services unless expressly stated.

  • Rates are subject to 9% Government Tax.

  • Holiday reservations are NONREFUNDABLE.

  • Maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom unless otherwise indicated.

  • Minimum Stay:  5 nights; 10 nights during Christmas/New Year's and other holidays as indicated.

  • Security Deposit:  1 Bedroom:  $500.00.
