Please Note:

  • All rates are given in U.S. $ and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • An additional $200.00 will be charged if guests desire the Master Bedroom when booking 1 or 2 bedrooms.  This add-on is NOT discounted if there is any promotion offered.

  • Rates are for the accommodation, only, and do not include food, beverages or special services unless expressly stated.

  • Rates are subject to 9% Government Tax.

  • Reservations of 5 nights or more include airport meet & greet and welcome basket.

  • Maid Service:  Daily except for 1 bedroom rentals where maid service is offered 3 times per week (except Sundays & Public Holidays.)

  • Holiday reservations are NONREFUNDABLE.

  • Maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom unless otherwise indicated.

  • Minimum Stay:  5 nights; 10 nights during Christmas/New Year's and other holidays as indicated.

  • Security Deposit:  1 Bedroom:  $500.00; 2 Bedrooms:  $750.00; 3 Bedrooms:  $1,000.00; 4 Bedrooms: $1,250.00.
