  • All rates are given in U.S. $ and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • Rates are for the accommodation, only, and do not include food, beverages or special services unless expressly stated.

  • Rentals of five (5) or more nights include airport meet & greet, and welcome basket.

  • Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and Holidays) is included.

  • Rates are subject to 9% Government Tax.

  • Maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom unless otherwise indicated.  Rollaways (2) permitted.

  • Minimum Stay:  5 nights; 7 nights during Christmas/New Year's and other holidays as indicated.

  • Security Deposit:  3 Bedrooms: $1,500; 4 Bedrooms: $2,000; 5 Bedrooms: $2,500; 6 or 7 Bedrooms:  $3,000
