  • Rates are for the accommodation, only, and do not include food, beverages or special services unless expressly stated.

  • All rates are based on 7 nights and include and daily maid service except Sundays and holidays.

  • Airport meet & greet and welcome basket provided for rentals of five (5) or more nights.

  • Rates are subject to 9% Government Tax.

  • Maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom unless otherwise indicated.

  • Minimum Stay:  5 nights; 7 nights during Christmas/New Year's and other holidays as indicated.

  • Security Deposit:  Two Bedrooms: $750; Three Bedrooms: $1,000.
