Please Note:

All rates are given in U.S. $ and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Rates are for the accommodation, only, and do not include food, beverages or special services unless expressly stated.

Opening/Closing fee: $150.00 for one or two bedrooms - paid on site to the maid. Guests who neglect to pay the maid during their stay will be assessed a $25 service charge for our office to send payment to her.

Daily maid service is not included but can be arranged for at extra cost.

Maximum of two (2) persons per bedroom unless otherwise indicated. Extra person on sofabed is $25 per night.

Minimum Stay: 3 nights summer; 5 nights winter; 7 nights during Christmas/New Years/Easter.

Christmas, New Years and Easter deposits and final payments are NONREFUNDABLE.

Easter Week is charged at the winter rate regardless of when it falls.

Security Deposit (refundable): One Bedroom $400; Two Bedrooms $500 - $800.
