accommodations hugged by fragrant, colorful, tropical gardens and affords breathtaking views of the ocean with the Caribbean Sea's delightfully warm turquoise waters just steps away.

     With four generous king-bedded guestrooms (one on the first floor and three on the second level) - very rare - each with a bath en suite and private veranda, this two-story, beachfront villa is ideal for four couples traveling together.  Maximum occupancy is 12 guests which also makes it perfect for a large or extended family or two families.

     The spacious living room features high ceilings, breezy floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in, and sumptuous 

furnishings.  The well-appointed wet bar and full-size billiards (pool) table guarantee fun.  An indoor/outdoor dining room can comfortably seat up to eight (8) and has dazzling views of the water.  The villa is air-conditioned and is equipped with

complimentary WiFi and cable television. 

 

     The Master Bedroom (upstairs) boasts grand, vaulted ceilings, a writing desk, and seating area, while the verandah commands matchless views of the Caribbean.  The substantial Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

     The Guest Bedroom #1 (downstairs) offers an en-suite bath and verandah with beautiful garden views.  Upstairs, Guest Bedroom #2 has an immense en-suite bath and veranda overlooking the tropical flora.  Guest Bedroom #3 includes a large en-suite bath and a verandah with ocean view.

     All four bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) have a king-size bed, TV, private verandah and are air-conditioned.

 

     Outside, guests enjoy a sun-soaked, private, beachfront swimming pool, along with a comfortably designed outdoor living room that is perfect for escaping the tropical sun and is a welcome spot to enjoy your favorite libation.

     One of the very special aspects of staying at JM253 is the opportunity to savor authentic island cuisine prepared exclusively for you by your villa's personal chef.  Guests have the option of allowing the household staff to do the shopping at the local market or you may stock the fully-equipped kitchen yourself.  Either way, you'll enjoy delectable Caribbean and/or Continental fare that incorporates - but is not limited to - fresh, flavorful, local fruit, vegetables, and seafood.

     Guests may choose between two Meal Plans: All-Inclusive Plan or European Plan:

​

• The All-Inclusive Package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, with house bar (top-shelf liquor not included).  The household staff does the shopping.  

• With the European Plan, guests may go shopping for the items they wish to be prepared by the chef, or they may ask the household staff to do the shopping for them.

• Rates for the Meal Plans are listed with the Rates.

 

     Your day will begin with a visit from the villa concierge who will make arrangements for shopping, activities and off-site excursions.  Throughout the day, on your schedule, your personal gourmet chef will indulge you with freshly prepared meals while your butler/ bartender will ply you with beverages of choice ... whether you are lounging on the verandah, relaxing by your private swimming pool or splashing in the ocean surf.  

 

    While guests will undoubtedly find the enticing cuisine and unparalleled atmosphere of tranquility at the villa hard to leave behind, the 'action' of Negril is only a few minutes away for an eclectic array of restaurants, bars, lively reggae music, and shopping.

     Guests residing at JM253 have complimentary access to the facilities at the Sports Complex, a 10-acre fitness facility nearby which includes a wonderful spa, lap pool, outdoor tennis courts (lighted at night), indoor racquetball and squash courts, outdoor gym pavilion, yoga studio, etc.

     Local attractions include snorkeling, private sunset cruises, parasailing, organized bar hopping, banana boat rides, glass-bottom boat rides, fishing, and more.
