JAMAICA VILLAS and PRIVATE ESTATES

 

 

 

     The villa concept was born on Jamaica, where VHR, WORLDWIDE is pleased to offer several hundred fabulous villas and estates, some privately owned and others that are part of a resort setting.  The villas in Jamaica are rented with a staff - generally, a chef or cook, housemaid(s), groundskeeper, security guard/night watchman and someone to care for the swimming pool.  Optional services can include a butler, nanny(ies) or private driver.  The possibilities run the full gamut:  from cottage chic to magnificently luxurious, modestly priced to well ... just imagine!  

 

     Jamaica has several tourist areas.  Most of our properties are located on what is referred to as the "North Coast" which includes Sandy Bay, Montego Bay, Discovery Bay, St. Ann, Ocho Rios and, to the east, Port Antonio.  We also offer several villas on the less touristy South Coast.  Quite a few of our villas offer a reduced rate depending on the number of bedrooms/guests, so, if you find one you especially like and it seems too large for your needs, check the description and rate details ~ you may be pleasantly surprised!

     We know Jamaica.  REALLY know Jamaica.  The President of VHR, WORLDWIDE was the Director of Sales for two of the island's most notable hotels.  We still offer some of the villas we started with back in 1982, and are on a first-name basis with many of the villas' staff.
