  • All-Inclusive
      Includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks with house            bar (top shelf liquor not included).
      $175 per adult per night.
      $75 for children ages 6-12 years old per night
      Plus 10% government tax and 10% service charge.
      Children under 6 years old eat free.

  • European Plan (EP)
      Guests may go shopping for the items they wish to be                prepared by the chef, or they may ask the household staff          to do the shopping for them.  This option incurs a 10%              service charge on the total cost of the food plus taxi fare. 
      Guests may also make purchases from the on-site pantry
      (cost plus service charge).

  • All rates are given in U.S. $ and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

  • All rates include the services of a private chef, butler/bartender, and housekeeper.  The staff works every day while the guests are in residence.

  • Rates are for the villa, only.  All-Inclusive Plan is available at additional cost (see above).

  • Rates are subject to 10% Government Tax + 10% Local Service Charge (in lieu of staff gratuity).

  • Maximum Occupancy:  1 Bedroom:  2 adults + 2 children; 2 Bedrooms:  4 adults + 2 children; 3 Bedrooms:  6 adults + 2 children; 4 bedrooms:  8 adults+ 2 children; 5 Bedrooms:  10 adults + 2 children.

  • Maximum number of adults by room:  1 Bedroom:  2; 2 Bedrooms: 4; 3 Bedrooms:  6; 4 Bedrooms:  8; 5 Bedrooms:  10.

  • Extra person $60/night Summer, $70/night Winter and Holidays.

  • Maximum number of children by villa:  2.

  • Minimum Stay:  5 nights; 7 nights during Christmas/New Year's and other holidays as indicated.

  • Security Deposit:  Not required.

* The Nightly Per Person rate is based on occupancy level and given as a guide, only; it is not a booking rate.

 

We will be happy to arrange transfers between Sangster International Airport (Montego Bay) and the villas.

If guests prefer to rent a car or desire a driver, we can make those arrangements as well.

However, getting around Negril is pretty easy.  You can walk to many places or take a taxi around town.

The companies we utilize for these services are family-owned and we have been working with them in Jamaica for more than 40 years.  They are reputable, reliable and come highly recommended by our other clients and our staff.
