      JM256 is an alluring two-story beachfront villa that includes three generous and airy bedrooms, providing ideal accommodation for three couples (all beds are kings) or a family.  Guests enjoy a warm Jamaican welcome by a lovely staff of three who will ensure their vacation is relaxing and stress-free.  Being situated on a pristine 300-foot stretch of Seven Mile Beach's shimmering white sand, with a private Jacuzzi, covered outdoor living area, and patio are the highlights of this handsome three-bedroom villa.  Surrounded by fragrant, colorful tropical gardens, guests are only steps away from the Caribbean Sea's delightfully warm turquoise water.

      Each of JM256's three ample king-bedded guestrooms (one on the first floor and two on the second level) features an

en suite bathroom, sitting area, and private veranda.  Maximum occupancy is six adults and two children which makes it perfect for three couples, a group of friends, or a family.  

​

     The spacious living room features high ceilings, breezy floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in, luxury furnishings, and a well-appointed wet bar.  A covered patio has a table for four and augments the dining table which can comfortably seat up to six guests.  The villa is air-conditioned and is equipped with complimentary WiFi and cable television. 

 

     The Master Bedroom (upstairs) boasts grand, vaulted ceilings, a writing desk, a sitting area (chair and small sofa), dressing room, and furnished verandah.  The substantial Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower and soaking tub.

     The Guest Bedrooms offer en-suite baths and verandahs with beautiful garden views.  

​

     Outside, guests enjoy a private, Jacuzzi, along with several furnished sitting areas - some offering protection from the Caribbean sun - from which to savor your favorite libation.

     One of the very special aspects of staying at JM256 is the opportunity to savor authentic island cuisine prepared exclusively for you by your villa's personal chef.  Guests have the option of allowing the household staff to do the shopping at the local market or you may stock the fully-equipped kitchen yourself.  Either way, you'll enjoy delectable Caribbean and/or Continental fare that incorporates - but is not limited to - fresh, flavorful, local fruit, vegetables, and seafood.

     Guests may choose between two Meal Plans: All-Inclusive Plan or European Plan:

​

• The All-Inclusive Package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, with house bar (top-shelf liquor not included).  The household staff does the shopping.  

• With the European Plan, guests may go shopping for the items they wish to be prepared by the chef, or they may ask the household staff to do the shopping for them.

• Rates for the Meal Plans are listed with the Rates.

 

     Your day will begin with a visit from the villa concierge who will make arrangements for shopping, activities and off-site excursions.  Throughout the day, on your schedule, your personal gourmet chef will indulge you with freshly prepared meals while your butler/ bartender will ply you with beverages of choice ... whether you are lounging on the verandah, relaxing by your private swimming pool or splashing in the ocean surf.  

 

    While guests will undoubtedly find the enticing cuisine and unparalleled atmosphere of tranquility at the villa hard to leave behind, the 'action' of Negril is only a few minutes away for an eclectic array of restaurants, bars, lively reggae music, and shopping.

     Guests residing at JM256 have complimentary access to the facilities at the Sports Complex, a 10-acre fitness facility nearby which includes a wonderful spa, lap pool, outdoor tennis courts (lighted at night), indoor racquetball and squash courts, outdoor gym pavilion, yoga studio, etc.

     Local attractions include snorkeling, private sunset cruises, parasailing, organized bar hopping, banana boat rides, glass-bottom boat rides, fishing, and more.
